Because of my work, I find myself eating out while on the road more times than I wish. Finding this spot was a win win. Fresh? Yes! They source oysters from Hog Island. I especially enjoyed the grilled octopus and Halibut Collar. I sat at the bar (walk in seating) and enjoyed watching the craft cocktails being constructed, as well as a view from the kitchen. The staff seemed very well trained and attentive. The oyster shucker and bartender both had great vibes. I will be back asap! In the photos are the Cesar salad and thyme poached pear dessert.

Parker Hollow delivers an elegant yet comfortable dining experience, perfect for a refined night out in the heart of Parkville. We had an excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed every part of the meal—from the creative appetizers to the thoughtfully plated entrées and a beautiful dessert. We started with the grilled octopus and Hamachi crudo as appetizers. The octopus was perfectly charred on the outside and tender inside, paired with complementary flavors that let the quality of the seafood shine. The Hamachi crudo was fresh, bright, and delicately balanced—light, citrusy, and beautifully plated. For dinner, we had the Fisherman’s Stew, Wagyu burgers, and a beet salad. The Fisherman’s Stew was rich and comforting, filled with fresh seafood and served in a deeply flavorful broth. It was the kind of dish that warms you up and satisfies without feeling heavy. The Wagyu burgers were juicy and indulgent, cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The beet salad was fresh and earthy, a lighter contrast to the heartier entrées and a great palate cleanser between bites. We finished with the pecan coconut tart for dessert—decadent, nutty, and sweet without being overly rich. It was a perfect ending to an already excellent meal. The ambiance was cozy yet upscale, and the service was polished and attentive throughout the evening. Overall, Parker Hollow hit all the right notes and left us looking forward to a return visit. Highly recommended for food lovers and anyone looking for a special evening out.

We were there on the soft opening and although there are some kinks to be worked out, we were so happy with the new establishment. I don’t know what the full menu will look like but everything we had was very good and the people around us commented the same. The mussel/gnocchi dish was something I’d never had before and it was amazing. The couple behind us said the 2 desserts they had were great but the cake was one of the favorite desserts they have had in the area. The current wine list is small but well curated and reasonably priced. I’m sure this will be the first of many visits!

We picked up Missy’s mom Shari at her independent living facility and then took her to The Parker Hollow in beautiful and quaint Parkville! We sat at the bar and did all the things! Great restaurant, friendly people and Chef Justus knows how to shuck those oysters!! #carpediemtheshitoutofthislife

Nice place great food. Oysters were delicious, no grit and tasty sauce. The smoked tuna dip was great, house made crackers were just a little too salty. I had the octopus which may have been the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. It was so tender anyone would love it. Salmon dish is a good choice as well as the hanger steak or Wagyu burger. I had the pecan coconut tart for dessert and you really don’t taste the coconut. There was a bit of a delay getting dessert but otherwise a great leisure dinner. There is no elevator but if you’re unable to do stairs, you could reserve a seat(s) at the bar area.

I have eagerly awaited the opening of another Justus restaurant! We went in opening night for the limited menu, and it was just as wonderful as anticipated. The oysters, hamachi crudo, beet salad, baguette with cheese spread, wagyu burger, and hangar steak were all delicious. Strangely, the cheese spread ended up being the table favorite- how was it so fresh and herbaceous? Salivating thinking of it now. The location is lovely. We were seated upstairs, and once the evening cooled down, the folding windows were opened, adding even more to the already wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend this restaurant. Hope to sit at the bar next time, and experience the downstairs.

Great place. Very popular. Reservations are difficult to get but definitely worth it. Had the bluefin crudo and oysters appetizers. Both were excellent. Then we shared a 12 oz ribeye. The meat was magnificent and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place!

The long awaited opening of a legit seafood restaurant is now open! Chef Jonathan was the owner of renown Justis Drugstore in Smithville which now occupies the spot where Franks was for years. Parkville is coming alive! Loved the clams in miso broth with gnocchi! The gnocchi were tender and the clams were divine! The yellow and red beet salad was delicious with the watercress and sesame seeds. Truly love and try octopus whenever it’s on a menus and this was delicious. He sources the octopus from Spain…that’s the kicker! Well done, we will be regulars. Oh and we sat at the Chefs table so were could see the action!
